I just have to add...I know we expect to lose more - but were you able to lose 20 lbs in 3 months before? To me, that is awesome!

Im glad everything went well for you! Cant wait to hear your reaction once you see yourself without bandages - its awesome! I had my tt years ago. I was probably ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 170ish. Now I am 144 and my stomach is pretty damn good I have to say. I am having ssome lipo done in one area though and a bit around my waist - but honestly I dont think my original surgeon took enough - even Dr.Q at Cosmed said things look good except this one spot I dunno what the hell the surgeon was thinking - but it will be fixed soon. I dont see the prob getting the TT at 170-180 ish because it only gets flatter along the way....and having it does wonders for the self esteem and makes us want to exercise more to get it even flatter!!! Since that actually helps after...its not like before when no matter what the hell you do it doesnt get any better I hope things keep going smoothly for you and glad to hear you arent in too much pain! Would love to see pics after if you are willing to share...I will be posting before and after pics of my breast aug and lipo once I have it May 20th

you guys arent alone. " Hi, my name is CanadianBandster and Im a chocolaholic" and I am NOT kidding. I bet Id be at goal if it werent for my bad habit. I do good if I have a 100 calorie bar a day, but I need to go buy some cuz I turn into a chocolate pig when I dont have my little fix....its that bad. Sad I know. I feel I have hit my sweet spot for now. So I am hoping to hit goal next month. Dont worry guys - I have to say its just a tool all the time too...and I have to push myself to do any activity. Ill do awesome for awhile then be a slack ass.

most of mine I am able to crush - I checked with my pharmasist. I do have one that I occassionally have to take (few not everyday) and it was freaking me out...but if I drink about half a cup of hot tea and then drink the tea while taking the pill I am okay - otherwise I cant get the sucker down

I am getting implants may 20th..he told me I wouldnt need a lift. I think it just depends how they hang lol...but seriously - it all depends if you dont want em bigger then just a lift to put them back where they used to be

for my surgery I didnt go alone - cuz Im a chicken....BUT I have been down to TJ 4 times now and the last time I went by myself and I am going by myself for my PS next month. Im not worried at all and honestly cant believe I worried about it before. Just pack light - which Im not good at doing. For this surgery I am taking the clothes I am wearing, a pair of PJ's and and will wear what I wore there to go home, my makeup and thats it. I am only going to take my carry on bag. (I am staying at my friends house while there....michelleintj who had the lapband surgery the same day as me). you will be totally fine! feel free to pm me any questions

I was lower bmi...I did it - one of the best things I have ever done. I was 189 at deciding...177 at surgery and am at 147 today...so thats 30 lbs in 4 months...I could have never done this otherwise. Even my doctor thinks it is ridiculous that here (in canada) you have to wait until your bmi is higher. Why put it off

well -I had my third fill Im at 2.6 now. I also had my consult at cosmed and have my breast augmentation and lipo surgery booked for may20th YAY

the grande prairie hospital does them freee if u get an order from your doctor.call hospitals....if they dont know what u r talking about though- keep checking with different people in the hopspital. I called xray

julie..... I have that happen occassionaly - it sucks I know....walking and bending forward helps the most

I had my surgery in tj Dec 22/08 and have been back there once a month since then. I am having plastic surgery there (at cosmed) next month. I have no reserves about going there...have made many friends there and will continue to go back

oh that sucks!I am glad she is okay though!!!
